At RK Traders (rktraders.online), we are committed to delivering your kids’ clothing in a fast, reliable, and secure way. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing
All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
In case of high demand, festivals, or sale periods, order processing may take longer. Customers will be notified by email/SMS if there are any delays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We ship across India through trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery timelines:
Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, etc.): 3–5 business days
Other Major Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
Remote/Interiors/Villages: 7–10 business days
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your order.
3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹60–100 (depending on location) will be charged.
COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may include an additional handling fee.
4. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India.
International shipping will be introduced soon – updates will be shared on our website.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by SMS/email.
You can track your package on our courier partner’s website until delivery.
6. Delays & Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and contact details. Incorrect details may cause delays or order cancellation.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
In rare cases of lost shipments, we will investigate with the courier partner. If confirmed, a replacement or full refund will be issued.
