Cancellation Policy – RK Traders

At RK Traders (rktraders.online), we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience for our customers. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. To make this easy, we have outlined our cancellation policy below.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may opt for a return after receiving the product (as per our Return Policy).

with your Order ID and cancellation reason.

2. Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders for sale items, clearance products, or customized clothing cannot be cancelled.

Orders already shipped or dispatched from our warehouse are not eligible for cancellation.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If the cancellation request is approved before shipping, the full amount will be refunded.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used.

If the order was paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), no refund will be applicable since no payment was collected.

4. Automatic Order Cancellation

Orders may be automatically cancelled by us in case of:

Payment not received or declined.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided.

Unavailability of the product.

In such cases, the customer will be notified, and a full refund (if applicable) will be issued.
