At RK Traders, your satisfaction is our top priority. Once we receive your returned item, we ensure that refunds are processed quickly and smoothly.

Refunds are initiated only after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days of approval.
The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase:
Credit/Debit Card – 7–10 working days
Net Banking/UPI – 5–7 working days
Wallet/Store Credit – 2–3 working days
2. No Refund Cases
If the product is found to be used, washed, or tampered with.
If the return request is raised after 7 days of delivery.
Non-returnable items (innerwear, clearance sale, customized clothing).
3. Exchange Instead of Refund
In some cases, customers may opt for an exchange instead of a refund (e.g., size replacement).
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
